RAFFLE – CRAFTIBILITY’S OFFICIAL RULES
1. Organization - This raffle is conducted by Craftibility, a nonprofit organization based in St. Louis, Missouri. All proceeds from this raffle will support Craftibility’s charitable programs and community initiatives.
2. Eligibility - Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of ticket purchase. Raffle tickets may only be purchased by individuals who are physically located in the State of Missouri at the time of purchase. Board members, employees, and immediate family members of the organization may be restricted from participating or winning prizes, as determined by the organization.
3. Ticket Sales - Raffle tickets will be sold from March 12, 2026 through April 16, 2026
Ticket price: $10 per ticket or $50 for 6 tickets. Tickets may be purchased online or through authorized representatives of the organization. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
4. Prize: The raffle prize include those listed on our website. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
5. Drawing-The raffle drawing will take place on April 16 at 9:00 p.m via Facebook live. The drawing will be conducted randomly from all eligible raffle tickets received during the sales period.
6. Winner Notification - The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, another winner may be selected.
7. Odds of Winning - Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold.
8. Use of Proceeds - All proceeds from this raffle will be used to support the charitable mission and programs of the nonprofit organization.
9. Taxes - Any federal, state, or local taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. Publicity - By entering the raffle, participants agree that the organization may use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.
11. Compliance With Laws - This raffle is conducted in accordance with applicable Missouri charitable gaming laws.
