Class Information and Waiver

Craftibility Foundation provides an arts and crafts program to youth. The class that will be held on 7/2/21 will be taught at a park pavilion. Our classes include volunteers who assist with the project. During these activities, the students and their belonging may be exposed to the possibility of injury, loss, and damage based on the students’ participation in the class. We have, however, taken precautions to reduce risk and provide a safe, educational, and inclusive environment. You acknowledge and understand these risks, and agree that you will not hold Craftibility Foundation or our volunteers responsible for any personal injury or property damage as a result of their involvement in the program.

During the program, we may take pictures and video of the students engaged in various program activities, as well as the artwork created by the students. You agree that we may use these pictures and video with or without modification in relation to this program, including promotion of Craftibility Foundation in a wide variety of mediums, without further compensating for such usage. The pictures and video may be made available to you upon request. The pictures and video will not otherwise be used without your permission, and they will never be sold.
